All Maison Auclaire jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days following the date of purchase.

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect during this period, please contact us at info@maisonauclaire.com before returning it. After inspection, we will repair or replace the jewelry, depending on the nature of the problem.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, impact, normal wear and tear, modification or repair carried out by a third party.

No refunds will be issued. Returns accepted under this warranty are only eligible for repair or replacement.

The return fees and instructions will be provided after your request has been analyzed.
